1. All treats, gift baskets, cakes, biscuits, decorated cookies, bones and chews are final sale.  No returns can be accepted for safety reasons.
  2. All apparel items may be exchanged or returned within 14 business days and only with a return authorization.  Items are only eligible for exchange or return if the items are in new, unused condition and still have all tags attached.  Items may be exchanged or returned with 14 days of purchase.  If you are exchanging an item, the item must be received back to The Barkery prior to the new item(s) be shipped out.  Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges on the return items.
  3. The Barkery will not write profanity on any of its items.  If you request profanity to be written on an item you are purchasing, we will call you to get alternative phrasing.  If you refuse to change the phrasing, we will cancel your order and refund your payment.  There are no exceptions to this policy.
  4. The Barkery provides recommended servings on each cake.  If you opt to feed more than the recommended serving or the entire cake to your dog and your dog becomes ill, The Barkery is not liable.  We will not issue you a refund for overfeeding your pet.  As always, it is your dog so please use care when determining how much of an item to feed to him/her.
  5. The Barkery does not issue refunds for refused shipments or for any other shipping circumstance outside of our control.
  6. Summer Shipping Requirements: In order to preserve the fine quality of your Barkery products, and to ensure your dog’s utmost enjoyment of them, cool shipping is required for all items that may be heat sensitive. We carefully pack your order into an insulated container with a reusable non-toxic liquid ice pack, which maintains optimal temperature during transit. Orders sent via cool shipping are shipped Monday through Thursday (depending on destination) ensuring uninterrupted transport. Cool shipping requires the purchase of the reusable cooler. Cool shipping is Mandatory from June through September and is offered as an optional service in May and October.
  7. All boxes containing perishable items are marked with “Perishable Refrigerate upon Delivery” stickers throughout the year.  If you receive a package from us with these please refrigerate it as soon as possible. If you receive it and you do not refrigerate the items and they remain unrefrigerated for more than 24 hours and you still decide to feed it to your dog, we are not liable if your dog becomes ill.
  8. In the event that an order contains both temperature sensitive and non-temperature sensitive items, all items will be shipped together; however, they will be placed in separate poly bags for protection during transit.
  9. The Barkery does NOT ship on Fridays.
